SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow up to 2 business days’ processing time for regular orders. Large orders of over 15 gifts are subject to additional fulfillment time.


For Ground Shipping we use USPS Standard Ground or FedEx Standard Ground, for a flat rate. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States from our website. We strongly recommend that you use a street address for delivery. Although delivery to a PO Box is possible, this can add up to 2 weeks to transit time. You will not be refunded for shipping fees if you enter a PO Box as the delivery address.


If you need to upgrade to rush shipping, we offer express shipping via FedEx for a flat rate. You will be able to view all shipping options and rates at checkout. If you require immediate express shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 pm noon CST Monday through Friday to process the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm noon CST will ship the next business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events that may affect USPS or FedEx shipping services, your shipment may be delayed. We do our very best to make sure your shipment is delivered on time but once it leaves our warehouse, the care of your package is in the hands of our shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost or stolen items.

DISCOUNT CODES

We occasionally offer discount codes to our customers for special promotions and random acts of gifting. If you have trouble with using a discount code at checkout, please contact us at [email protected]

The following guidelines apply:

1. Bird & Trove discount codes have no cash value. Bird & Trove discount codes and their face value cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
2. Competitor’s discount codes will not be honored by Bird & Trove.                                3. Promotional discounts are not valid on applicable taxes, or shipping and handling charges.
4. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
5. Bird & Trove reserves the right to cancel or amend special promotions at any time.
6. Unless otherwise specified, Bird & Trove discount codes are for one-time use and are valid only through their expiration date (if applicable).
7. Discount codes are not stackable. Only one discount code can be entered for an order.

FAQ

Ordering and Shipping:

My discount code isn’t working at checkout.
– Our system only accepts one code at a time, so please make sure you haven’t already submitted one with your order. Unless specifically noted, our codes can only be used on one order and may have an expiration date. Please contact us at [email protected].

How will I know you received my order?
– When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.

Can I track my order?
– Yes! When your gift is out for shipment, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a USPS or FedEx tracking link.

I received my order confirmation email and I entered the wrong shipping address.
– Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to report an incorrect shipping address. If your gift has not been processed, we are happy to update the address free of charge before your gift leaves our warehouse. If your gift has shipped, we’ll attempt to reroute the package via USPS or FedEx. If we are charged a reroute fee, it will be invoiced to you for payment. If the package has already been delivered, we do not issue recalls and will not provide a refund because of an address error. If the package is returned to us, we will refund the value of the gift only.

Do you offer express shipping?
– Yes, we do. At checkout you’ll see the express shipping methods available. Express orders that require immediate shipment must be placed by 12:00 pm noon CST Monday through Friday to process the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm noon CST will ship the next business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day. FedEx express shipping will not be delivered to a PO Box. The recipient’s primary street address must be provided.

When will my order be delivered?
– When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS or FedEx tracking link.

All orders shipping Standard Ground include 2 days for order processing + transit time. Transit time is dependent on the distance between our warehouse and the recipient’s delivery address.

All orders shipping Express include 1 business day for order processing (unless placed by noon CST, which will process the same day) + transit time. The transit time is based on the express ship method selected, however typically arrives within 2 business days.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Please note: We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item. We will make every effort to contact you to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we don’t hear from you (or if the volume of our orders will not allow enough time for us to contact you), we will make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift out the door in a timely manner.
