Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
All sales are final once a gift box leaves our warehouse.
If a gift box has been returned to us, you will be notified by email. You will then have five (5) business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be cancelled and restocked without a credit or refund. You are responsible for any reshipment fees to a new address. The reshipment fee is $15 and must be paid prior to initiation of such reshipment. If a reshipment fee is not paid within five (5) business days of our email notice, the order will be cancelled and restocked without a credit or refund. Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.
Exchanges
Should an item within your gift box arrive damaged, we will happily exchange it for the same (or like item is same item is not available) item at our expense if you notify us of the damage within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase. Please send us an email at [email protected] to make arrangements for an exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
