Returns
All sales are final once a gift box leaves our warehouse.
If a gift box has been returned to us, you will be notified by email. You will then have five (5) business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be cancelled and restocked without a credit or refund. You are responsible for any reshipment fees to a new address. The reshipment fee is $15 and must be paid prior to initiation of such reshipment. If a reshipment fee is not paid within five (5) business days of our email notice, the order will be cancelled and restocked without a credit or refund.
